We host wellness classes daily in our Lazy Space. The classes focus on breathing exercises, meditation, sound baths, and gentle yoga. Let relaxation and pleasure be the main goal of your holiday.

Morning yoga 60min / 21 €
Morning Yoga provides a gentle awakening to both body and mind.
The stiffness of the spine, muscles, and the mind is treated away. The serenity from these morning classes carries throughout the day. Morning yoga activates the back of the body lightly while it opens the front of the body, providing more space for our natural breathing. This guarantees a great start for the day. The class is suitable for everyone!
Self Care yoga 60 min / 21 €
Gentle Self Care yoga invites you to pamper yourself, offering a moment of self-care for your body and mind.
The slow pace and meditative atmosphere of the hour create relaxation in your muscles and serenity in your mind. Holistic relaxation also affects the parasympathetic nervous system responsible for recovery. The class concludes with a deep relaxation meditation. This class is suitable for everyone.
Siesta 60 min / 21 €
Siesta, just like the name suggests, is all about rest and relaxation. This class combines the relaxing sound of singing bowls with gentle movements into an experience that provides complete recovery.
Based on the day and the client, this class can either be held while lying on ground or while being elevated with the help of aerial yoga cloths. The class is suitable for everyone.
Sound Bath 60 min / 21€
A calm class where you don’t need to stress or perform. You can enjoy the sound of the Tibetan Singing Bowls during this relaxing and meditative class. You get to focus solely on yourself and how you are feeling while bathing in the sounds and immersing in the visions they bring to your mind.
Aerial Yoga 60 min / 21€
The Aerial Yoga class develops your strength, mobility, and body control while reducing tensions. Aerial Yoga is suitable for normal, healthy people, and the class has a calm tempo. After the class you can relax in the gentle support of the yoga cloth.
Come to the class with clothes that have no zippers and cover your arm pits and legs up to calves, and also remove any jewelry and watches that could tear the yoga cloth.
Air Yin Yoga 60 min / 21 €
Air Yin Yoga is a yin yoga practice done with low hammocks, about knee height. The gentle support of the hammock and the slight swaying movement guide the body and mind into a state of sweet relaxation, on the body’s own terms. Compared to traditional yin yoga, air yin yoga allows for small movement alongside stillness, which effectively soothes an overactive nervous system. We also use yoga bolsters and blankets as props to help you find the most comfortable position for your own body.
Yin Yoga & Ball Massage 60 min / 21 €
This lovely class combines yin yoga and fascia ball therapy to provide comprehensive relaxation for both body and mind. We enjoy the massage provided by the fascia balls and sometimes simply rest in gentle yin yoga poses. The class is very gentle in nature and completely free from performance pressure. Welcome to enjoy and relax.
Grounding Yin 90min / 35€
This yoga class combines a gentle massage and Yin yoga into a relaxing experience, helping you to recover holistically. During the class, the soft Yin yoga is combined with familiar excerpts from shiatsu and yoga massage, where the instructor works with the participants during the poses. At the end of the class, you can enjoy sound bowl relaxation.
Singing bowl yoga for couples and friends
60 min / 120 €
Private class for couples or friends — 1–2 participants.
This yoga class combines gentle, soft yoga postures, yoga massage, and sound bowl therapy into a relaxing whole.
During the class, you will rest in various Yin yoga poses while the instructor works on the body using yoga massage techniques and plays singing bowls both on the body and around it.
Note: Sound bowl therapy is not suitable if you have a pacemaker or are pregnant.
In such cases, yoga massage and shiatsu techniques can be used instead of singing bowls.
Please inform the instructor of your situation, and we will tailor a session perfectly suited to you.
The class is held in a peaceful yoga space in the main building of Kuru Resort.
If you are staying at Järvisydän, it is about an 800 m walk to Kuru.

This is a private class for 1–2 people. Reservations can only be made via customer service, reception, or the yoga instructor.
