Start your morning with a refreshing swim in the lake! In winter time there is a ice hole for swimming.

Kuru is located in the heart of nature, by a peaceful lake where a dip in natural waters is part of the daily routine.

When staying in Kuru, you can take a morning swim year-round. The swimming docks at Kuru’s lakeside saunas are available for your use in the mornings from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. In winter, both docks have ice holes and good swimming ladders.

A towel and bathrobe can be found in your room.

In winter, we always recommend ice swimming with a friend, not alone. For winter swimming we recommend using socks, cloves and a hat to make it bit warmer 🙂

Please note that the lakeside saunas and outdoor hot tubs are available by reservation only.
