Daily Relax Programme

We offer a variety of stress relieving and relaxing activities such as breathwork classes, meditation, Tibetan sound bowl sessions and yoga.

Yoga program includes hatha, yin and aerial yoga. Relieve stress, tension and muscle stiffness, while learning to quiet the mind.

Please pre-book your place for the classes. All accommodation packages in Kuru includes a daily relaxation class.

Sauna

Ancient traditions combined with modern luxury create an unforgettably relaxing experience. The energising aromas of birchwood and pine come alive in the tension relieving warmth of the sauna. Plunge into the lake or take a cold bath and sense the strength of your immune system.

You can book a private lakeside sauna for 1-2 hours. Direct access from sauna to the lake around the year.
