Our seasonal menu is made with locally sourced and produced ingredients. The Chef´s Menu is served with the most beautiful wines or non-alcoholic drinks & mocktails.

Little matches the pleasures of fishing for perch on Lake Saimaa and cooking them over a fragrant, open fire. The pure air, ice-blue water and sky and silver-white birch trees are both invigorating and calming. If there was a country called wellness, it would be Finland.

Minimum Waste

The production of waste has been eliminated by simply choosing to trade directly with farmers, using re-usable delivery vessels and choosing local ingredients that themselves generated no waste. The traditional methods of preserving and producing food in Kuru, turns any of our restaurant scraps and trimmings directly into a by-product used to produce more food.
